Refund Policy

External Recon Labs LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase: the Full Audit Report, the Related Organization Surface Report and Continuous Monitoring. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Request one at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or email us at support@externalreconlabs.com and we will arrange it for you.

Continuous monitoring

Annual monitoring can be cancelled at any time. Cancel within 30 days of the initial charge or a renewal for a full refund of that term; after that, cancellation stops the next renewal and monitoring continues until the end of the paid term.
